I am a mother of two teenage girls and live near Lake Starnberg.
After studying biology with a focus on neurobiology and biochemistry at LMU Munich and completing my thesis on depression at the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry, I chose clinical research as my career path. In recent years, my desire to support people more intensively on a personal level and accompany them on part of their journey has steadily grown. For this reason, I decided to pursue further training and successfully passed the examination to become a psychotherapist under the German Law on Non-Medical Practitioners (Heilpraktikerin beschränkt auf Psychotherapie).
I am a systemic counselor and therapist (in training), certified by the Systemic Society (SG) and am continuously engaged in further education. Naturally, I participate in regular supervision and intervision sessions to ensure quality. Furthermore, I am a member of the SG and am committed to adhering to its ethical guidelines.
Since June 2025, I have also been working as a volunteer listener in the listening room of Momo hört zu e.V.
It gives me great pleasure to be able to offer systemic counseling and therapy, EMDR, and solution-focused brief therapy near the Sendlinger Tor in Munich and soon also in Tutzing.
